We are based in the UK, and our purpose is to promote the good and miraculous news of the Saviour Jesus Christ through new Christian artists, bands, and program makers. To achieve this we have a online internet radio license from the Performing Rights Society, to broadcast MCPS sits under the broader PRS for Music brand, and licences our mechanical (reproduction) rights and pays our mechanical royalties. Licensed Sites www.newchristianradio.com www.christianwebsites.org.uk www.christiantextads.com www.jacobs-ladder.net The joint MCPS and PRS for Music licence and covers both performing and mechanical rights, allowing you to reproduce and store music and deliver music to members of the public whether by means of streaming, downloading or podcasting.

New Music - Artists and Bands

We accept 128kps mp3 files from unsigned artists, or independent labels, or other Christian labels by agreement,
Terms:-
1. By uploading or sending the file you agree that you are fully authorised to grant us rights to play your music.
2. If you are an artist and have a recording contract please contact your label for authorisation before uploading or sending.
3. We are licensed by the UK Performing Rights Society, where we are economically resident.
4. Do not upload music if you are a fan of the artist or band.
5. We reserve the right not to play any song at our discretion, and without reason.
6. You are granting us permission or license to play your song on our Internet Radio Station.
7. Note that the station is not commercial, and is set up to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.
